Location/Accessibility:

The idyllic fishing village of Sant’ Angelo in the south of Ischia forms the dreamlike backdrop for ‘In Sun, Wind & Waves’. In the middle of the picturesque village lies the piazetta, which invites you to chill out and flirt with its bars, cafes and restaurants at any time of the day or night. The gurgling of the water under the small boats on one side of the harbour fortifications and the sandy beach with the sound of the sea on the other let us immerse ourselves naturally in thoughtlessness and timelessness. Within sight of the square, a shimmering green rock rises imposingly out of the turquoise sea and unmistakably shapes the face of Sant’ Angelo.

Above the picturesque centre, pastel-coloured houses rise up into the hillside. Our picturesque hostel ‘La Casa Rosa Terme’, an enchanting 3 *** family-owned hotel, is one of them. It is not only distinguished by its quiet location and private access to the sea, but also knows how to enchant with its wonderful garden, over which the scent of citrus fruits floats. Pure wellness is also well catered for: the Turkish bath, the swimming pool with waterfall and massage jets as well as the outdoor pool with panoramic view of the neighbouring island of Capri are operated exclusively with thermal water.
During our stay, the spacious roof terrace with its expansive view and the inviting seminar room will be entirely left to us.

We can look forward to lovingly furnished double rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, shower and WC. In addition, they either have a pretty terrace or a small balcony – the fabulous sea view is included.

Accommodation/meals:

Overnight stay/half board costs EUR 99 per day/person if staying in a double room, EUR 120 if staying in a double room as a single room.
The Di Iorio family personally takes care of the catering: they masterfully conjure up dishes that are typical of Ischia’s cuisine and like to use organically grown ingredients from their own garden.
The room booking and payment is done after the seminar registration with Giovanna from ‘Italia on Tour’, who has supported us powerfully and competently in the selection of our seminar hotel (we will get in touch with you soon).

Arrival:

You will arrive individually by plane, train, bus or car. Your first destination is Naples.

Flight:

You can find numerous cheap airlines that fly directly to Naples on the airport website.
From the airport, a taxi will be organised to take you to the ferry and then directly to the gates of Sant’Angelo (single ticket for 2 people or more: EUR 45). From there, the hotel will pick you up with its electronic shuttle and take you through the pedestrian zone to our accommodation.

Train:

We recommend the night train from Munich in a sleeping car (2 to 3 persons) or couchette car (4 to 6 persons) all the way to Rome. Here, too, you can get cheap tickets if you book early (3 months in advance). Change trains in Rome and continue to Napoli Centrale (about 2 hours by train). There too, take an organised taxi directly from the train station and continue by ferry to the island and to the gates of Sant’Angelo, where the hotel will pick you up with its electronic shuttle.

Individual:

You can also organise the transfer from the airport/railway station to the hotel yourself, “Italian adventure” not excluded:

From the airport/railway station, take the Alibus to the Beverello (port): Cost: EUR 5. You take a ferry to Ischia, no matter which destination there (optimal: Forio): Cost: EUR 20 (speedboat EUR 29). Once on Ischia, take a bus on the CS line (circular line) and get off at Sant’Angelo station: Cost: EUR 2.90. From there, the hotel will pick you up with its electronic shuttle and take you through the pedestrian zone to our accommodation.
