I, Armin, your companion, was born in 1960 and grew up in Cham in the Upper Palatinate. After graduating from high school, I followed God’s call and entered the Benedictine Monastery in Metten, Lower Bavaria. In Würzburg, I studied Catholic Theology as Brother Christoph OSB and immersed myself deeply into spiritual life.
During my monastic years, my intensive practice of Prayers of the Heart (Jesus-Prayer), Christian Contemplation and Zen Meditation led to profound inner processes – painful, clarifying and healing. This period of soul-searching brought me to a point of truth where, in 1990, I left the abbey by mutual agreement, carried by the confidence that I could follow my heart.
In 1992, I founded GAY-TANTRA in Nuremberg – a pioneering work that, then as now, combines spiritual depth, authentic bodywork and genuine encounters with one another. Today, I live in Berlin as an author, coach and spiritual teacher – as a ‘Priest at Heart’ and a ‘Big City Monk’ whose monastery is the present and its vibrant people.
It took me about two decades before I was able to embrace priests, monks and religious leaders with love in my groups and without hesitation. Today, I no longer see your position or your role. I see the Holy Spirit working in you and in all people, guiding you and transforming you – both within and outside of any institution.
For love rejoices in the truth.

Expenses
The individual sessions (online and on-site) are designed according to duration and intensity. A session usually lasts 30 to 90 minutes. The costs are based on the scope of the support provided and are agreed transparently in advance. The fee is usually €90 for 30 minutes, €160 for 60 minutes and €220 for 90 minutes.
It is important to me that genuine transformation does not fail due to financial constraints. That is why I am happy to offer fees adjusted to members of religious orders, subject to agreement. Confidentiality, fairness and conscious exchange are a matter of course for me.
