1. Foundations & Philosophy
Armin Heining developed Gay-Tantra in 1992. He adapted the heteronormative philosophy (Yin/Yang) for gay men to bring internal poles into unity.

Decades of experience since 1992 and the fusion of spiritual depth with therapeutic expertise in a safe space.
2. Seminar Daily Life & Practicalities
Initially, participants usually wear a sarong. Nudity may occur as the course progresses, as the body is honoured as a temple, but it is not mandatory. The focus is on well-being.
Sexual arousal is viewed as a natural flow of energy. Participants can keep their sarong on or briefly turn away. It is a human process that is accepted without judgment.
Generally, a large bath towel, a cotton or silk sarong, and a blindfold are required. Details can be found in the respective booking confirmation.
Group sizes vary depending on the format but are designed to maintain a confidential and intensive working atmosphere.
